This agreement is between You (purchaser and licensee) and Janet Reed Publications (publisher, licensor, and copyright holder) for the Digital Edition of said purchased title, whichever applies:

Grant of License

Janet Reed Publications company grants you a non-transferable license to use the book's content in accordance with the terms and conditions for use herein.

You are permitted to install the software on any Windows operating system devices running Windows 10 or 11 (a desktop, laptop, or tablet) with a display resolution of 1280 x 768 or higher. You understand that an exclusive License Key is generated and issued for the title(s) you purchase and that you must activate the license key and accept this agreement before you are able to open and read the book. You understand that your unique License Key is software-locked to your chosen device(s) for the purpose of licensee identification, the prevention of abuse or fraud, and when cooperatively arranged between the publisher/licensor and licensee, to administer custom indivi- duated services. You understand that after the software is successfully installed, your ability to read the book(s) is dependent on inserting the License Key into the device that stores the book content and that you are responsible for protecting the key from loss or damage. You understand that a lost License Key is a lost book and its replacement is the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser.

You understand that the content is intended for, and suitable for, persons 18 years and older based on the academic level of the content as well as general standards of social maturity.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Protection

All content (inclusive of the design, text, company logo, and images) is owned by and reserved for use by the copyright holder, Janet Reed Publications. The copyright is protected by United States, international, and intellectual property laws.

Terms and Conditions for Use

All content is for personal, individual, non-commercial, private educational, and private reference use. Any completed projects resulting from use of the content are for your personal, individual use only. When used as a reference for your work, see the clause below.

If you are found in violation of any part of this Agreement, one or more of the following may occur: 1) license revocation 2) termination of access 3) criminal prosecution.

Restrictions

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or reuse the software application. You will not alter, modify, or create derivative works of the software application. You will not share, distribute, transfer, or duplicate any part of the book, source code, or software.

Limited Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS". THE PUBLISHER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ITS USE NOR HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DIRECT OR INDIRECT RISK RELATED TO ITS USE. THE PUBLISHER WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR PERFORMANCE QUALITY AFFECTED BY THE QUALITY OF THE USER'S COMPUTER SYSTEM SUCH AS AGE, MEMORY, AND HARDWARE NOR FOR PERFORMANCE QUALITY RELATED TO THE USER'S MISUSE OF SAID SYSTEM. THE PUBLISHER WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR VIEWING QUALITY AFFECTED BY THE QUALITY OF THE USER'S ATTACHED DISPLAY SUCH AS AGE, PIXEL DENSITY, CONTRAST RATIO, AND COLOR GAMUT RANGE. WE GUARANTEE AN AUTHENTICATED DIGITALLY SIGNED EXECUTABLE FILE PROVIDED THROUGH OUR AUTHORIZED DOWNLOAD PROVIDER AND THROUGH A PRIVATELY ISSUED METHOD OR SOURCE DIRECT FROM US TO YOU. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MALICIOUS ALTERATIONS TO THE CONTENT BY AN OUTSIDE SOURCE.
